Shipping

It can take up to 3 weeks to ship the items as each pair is made for that order. Often orders are completed within a week but I want to give the heads up in advance.

If you have an urgent request, please include a note in your order so that I can help you get your earrings as soon as possible!

Depending on the destination of your order, it may take between 14 to 20 business days to deliver to destinations outside of the contiguous United States.  

Please note that during peak gift giving times such as Chanukah and Christmas, the U.S. Post can take longer to process packages. I will note the last date to order gifts to arrive in time but if you need your order to arrive by or before a certain date, please make sure to include a note in your order so that I can help you make it in time :)

Packages shipped to destinations outside United States do NOT come with a tracking number. If you would like to upgrade to tracking, message me and I will calculate the costs and get back to you. 

Any import duty or taxes are the buyers responsibility and are not paid by XLDesigns. Please message me if you have any questions regarding duty and tax issues.

Personalized Notes

A personalized note of up to 60 characters (with spaces :) can be included with your order. The note will be handwritten onto the box that comes with the earrings. Please include the note with your order. If you forget, email support@xiomaralorenzodesigns.com within 48 hours of completing your order and it will be added. It may not be possible to include notes requested after this period. Thank you for understanding!

Payments

XLDesigns accepts all major credit cards.

Orders which are not paid within 3 business days will be cancelled.

Refunds

While it's sad when there isn't a jewelry match, it happens. If for any reason the pieces you bought do not meet your expectations, contact support@xiomaralorenzodesigns.

Refunds can be made as long as the item/s are not used and sent back to me within 20 days. The shipping costs are non-refundable.
